  • "Scanner not connected to 3.0 port" prompt appears + -

    Solution:

    1. Please check if the computer has a USB 3.0 port.

    2. Confirm that the data cable is plugged into the 3.0 port of the computer.

    3. If the error prompt still appears after plugging into the 3.0 port, try using another 3.0 port.

    4. If the error persists after changing the port, try replacing the data cable.

  • Poor scanning effect (Poor scanning data effect) + -

    Solution:
    1. Confirm the working environment of the scanner: There should be no direct strong light shining on the scanning chamber, and the scanner should not be placed next to a window.
    2. Confirm the scanning steps: Please follow the scanning steps. There are scanning step guidelines at the top of the software, and there are also prompts on the left side of the software to place the full - arch model / upper jaw/ Lower jaw.

    *Note: It is not recommended to test the completeness of the working model scan during the bite - scan step.
